1.攪拌車所運輸的混凝土要保證其質量及塌落度符合混凝土行業的標準及要求。

2.自上料攪拌車在道路上行駛，其上裝的加長料槽要放置在卸料溜槽的支架上并用掛鉤固定好，不允許掛在主排料槽上工作，主卸料槽要旋轉到固定的位置，拉下定位手柄，用鎖緊手柄將彈簧變幅組織鎖緊，避免由于不固定而晃動，造成傷人及其它事故。
2. When the self-loading mixer is driving on the road, the extended chute installed on it shall be placed on the bracket of the unloading chute and fixed with a hook. It is not allowed to work on the main discharge chute. The main discharge chute shall be rotated to a fixed position, and the positioning handle shall be pulled down. The locking handle shall be used to lock the spring amplitude change organization to avoid personal injury and other accidents caused by shaking due to unfixed.
3.攪拌車上裝設備連續工作時間不能超過8個小時。

4.自上料攪拌車在混凝土運輸過程中上裝罐體不能停轉，否則會造成混凝土凝結，而且停轉后重新啟動時會對液壓系統和減速機造成沖擊，導致液壓泵和馬達的損壞。
4. The loading tank of the self-feeding mixer truck cannot stop running during the concrete transportation, otherwise it will cause concrete condensation, and when it is restarted after stopping, it will impact the hydraulic system and reducer, causing damage to the hydraulic pump and motor.
5.攪拌車在卸料的時候，如果發現混凝土水分蒸發過多，塌落度偏低，不能滿足質量要求，可以適當的往罐內加水，然后以10-14轉/分的速度旋轉30分鐘后再卸料，讓混凝土充分攪拌。

When the mixer truck is discharging, if it is found that the concrete moisture evaporates too much and the slump is too low to meet the quality requirements, it can properly add water to the tank, and then rotate at the speed of 10-14 rpm for 30 minutes before discharging, so that the concrete can be fully mixed.
6.攪拌車在空載中上裝罐體也不可以停轉，否則在行車過程中車輛的晃動很容易造成滾道和托輪部分磕碰的，這樣托輪和滾道就會過早的損壞。
6. The mixing truck can not be stopped when loading the tank in the empty state. Otherwise, the shaking of the vehicle during the driving process can easily cause partial collision between the roller track and the roller track, so the roller track and the roller track will be damaged prematurely.
7.攪拌車駕駛員要記住，在工作過程中壓力水箱的水要常常加滿，備用，在水箱加水前要打開氣閥將內部的空氣放掉，在沖洗車輛后或者停用時要將水箱內的空氣放掉。在冬天，工作結束后要將水箱內的水放掉，不得有剩水，否則容易結冰凍壞水箱。
7. The driver of the mixing truck should remember that the water in the pressure tank should be filled up frequently in the process of operation and kept for standby. The air valve should be opened to drain the air inside the tank before filling the water tank, and the air in the tank should be drained after washing the vehicle or when it is out of service. In winter, the water in the water tank shall be drained after the work is finished, and there shall be no water left, otherwise the water tank will be easy to freeze.
8.自上料攪拌車在滿載混凝土時罐體正轉，如果需要反轉，就須等罐體停穩后再將手柄扳到反轉位置。
